Daryl Cornell - President & CEO.
Daryl Cornell is President and CEO of Triton. Prior to joining Triton in 2007, Daryl served as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a number of private equity portfolio companies. Before entering the private equity world, Daryl served for seven years in a variety of finance and operational roles at Ryder System, most recently as Area Director of Ryder's Used Vehicle Sales Division. Daryl began his career as a Finance Officer in the United States Army.
Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida. |

Don Lett - Vice President & CFO
Don Lett, who has almost 40 years of experience in accounting and in leadership roles, is the Vice President and CFO for Triton. He is responsible for global accounting and treasury. Prior to joining Triton in 2007, Don ran a successful accounting consulting business for 18 years. Some of his clients included the Dover Corporation, Shamrock Organic Products, Inc. TennTex Soils, Inc., Mothwing Camo Technologies, Inc. and Taylor Publishing. In addition, during the course of his career he served as Vice President for Whittle Communications, L.P. and Insilco Corporation. He also served on the acquisition team for Wagner and Brown.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kansas State University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Texas.

Gus Gelpi - Vice President & CIO
Gus Gelpi is currently serving Triton as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for the Information Technology personnel, applications, and equipment throughout Triton's global enterprise. Gus joined Triton in 2006 as Infrastructure Manager; he has also held the positions of IT Manager and IT Director. He has more than 15 years experience in the IT field. Gus attained his B.A. in Philosophy while attending Loyola University in New Orleans. |

James Philips - Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Triton
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Triton, James manages the North American sales team consisting of account executives and regional sales managers responsible for Triton's direct distributor network, and the customer service and marketing departments. During his 13 year tenure with Triton, he has held various positions within the sales department in addition to the product development department where his technical knowledge and understanding of the ATM business further enhanced his understanding of our customer needs, and overseeing the retail and financial sales accounts throughout the U.S. Phillips also plays a key role on Triton's Product Performance Review Board/Customer Satisfaction Team providing insight and guidance, and a voice for the customer. Prior to joining Triton in 1997, James worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he managed several rental dealerships. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. |

Shaun King - Vice President, International Sales
As Vice President of International Sales for Triton, Shaun is responsible for sales in key core markets outside of North America and for opening new international markets. During his 10 year tenure with Triton, he has contributed to the growth in South Africa, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, and has played a key role in Triton's expansion into Mexico, China and India. In addition, he was instrumental in the launch of Calypso, Triton's ATM transaction processing service in Canada. Prior to joining Triton in 1998, Shaun was with Shell Oil for nine years holding various management roles within the Card Center, Credit and Customers Service divisions of the downstream petroleum business. While with Turbo Resources, a subsidiary of Shell, Shaun was exposed to Triton when Shell became the first Canadian distributor of Triton ATMs. |

Dan Swain - Vice President, General Manager, ATMGurus
Dan Swain is General Manager of ATMGurus, Triton's new services division. Based in Memphis, Dan is responsible for overseeing Triton's global service group including training for reseller technicians, parts and repair fulfillment. In addition, he is responsible for the managed services program that focuses on providing bundled service solutions. Dan has more than 20 years experience in banking working as a distributor for financial institution-focused solutions including ATMs, backroom image solutions (check and document), branch automation, and the field service and support surrounding these products. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. |

Burton Hillman - Vice President, Business Development
Burton Hillman currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Triton. He has previously been responsible for a variety of departments including Production, Quality, Shipping Logistics, Facilities, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, and Parts Logistics support. He joined Triton in 1999 as a Current Product Engineer. During his career at Triton Burton was the charter member of the Manufacturing Engineering Department and led that department for a number of years as Manager. In 2006, he was chosen to work on the Supply Chain and Operations Utilization Team (SCOUT) with goal of streamlining internal business systems. Prior to joining Triton, Burton worked for QMS/Minolta, Inc., a worldwide supplier of high-speed color and monochrome laser printer solutions, and spent two years designing heavy equipment for Morris Industrial Corporation. Burton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama |

Bob Douglas - Vice President of Engineering and Product Development
Bob Douglas is responsible for Triton Engineering including setting the technical direction of the company, development of new products and refinement of existing products. During his 17 years at Triton, he has helped develop every ATM model produced by Triton beginning with the original 9500 model. Prior to joining Triton, Bob spent five years designing electronic communication peripherals for personal computers. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. |

Brian Goff - Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
VP, Chief Administrative Officer Brian Goff serves as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Triton where he is responsible for human resources, safety, corporate security, facilities maintenance and legal for all Triton locations. A member of Triton staff since 1997, Brian previously held positions within the company as an Account Manager, Product Manager, Recruiter, HR Manager and Director of Human Resources. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Sociology and an industry certification as a Professional in Human Resources, PHR. |

Terry Asher - Vice President Operations
Terry Asher currently serves as VP, Operations where he is responsible for Production, Quality/Testing, Shipping/Receiving Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement and Warehouse. He joined Triton in 1995 as a Design Engineer where he was Design Engineer and Project Manager for one of Triton's most popular ATMs, the 9600. In addition he has held the title of Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering and Director of Supply Chain. Prior to joining Triton, Terry was Engineering Group Leader of the Data Communications Product Division at BayTech, a remote site management solutions company. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University. |

Tim Wilder - Managing Director, InfoCash Ltd, UK
InfoCash Ltd is a successful ATM operator with over 2,000 Triton ATMs under contract and management. Tim has been involved in the Independent ATM business since its inception in the UK and was one of the founding members of InfoCash in 1999 when it deployed its first ATM. InfoCash joined LINK as an independent member in 2000 and became part of the Triton group of companies in 2006. Having spent much of his career as a Finance Director, Tim has been involved in sales and service delivery, as well as manufacturing, at a senior management level for over 30 years. A graduate of Newcastle University, Tim holds an Honours Engineering Degree. |
