Triton’s Most Cost Effective Approach to Service Success
Triton has embarked upon a major initiative to grow our existing service network and make it easier for you to provide service to your customers. The program is entitled TASC - Triton Authorized Service Contractors.
TASC is a network of authorized Triton trained service providers. These providers range from existing distributors, to third party companies, to individuals who have service backgrounds in other industries. TASC is designed to provide service to Triton customers in a timely, affordable way by ensuring that TASC members maintain a minimum level of stocked parts and have the most up-to-date product and servicing information to minimize multiple visits.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING A TASC MEMBER

Must agree to attend Triton technical training for all current products |

Must purchase parts for each model and maintain a minimum amount of parts |

Must agree to perform service calls in an adequate and timely manner |
 |
Must agree to service Triton ATMs in addition to those owned by the TASC member |

Must be able to pass a basic technical test and be certified by Triton |
