At present, models to be trained on include FT5000, RL5000, RL1600 and NMD. Provide continuing education as necessary to sharpen their skills for equipment analysis and troubleshooting and learn new products. Technicians who completed the RL5000 and FT5000 classes prior to 2005 do not have to retake the class. Models under warranty are subject to change.
List, with Triton, ALL your service technicians who are trained and certified by Triton, the units they are trained and the areas they cover. Only Triton certified technicians will be authorized for labor reimbursement, as the Triton certification will remain with the Triton trained technician.
